This has been the worst buying experience that I have ever been involved with in. I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles in the past.
I searched the internet for a vehicle to purchase for my 16-year-old daughter's birthday gift and found a 2017 Hyundai Accent on the Jeff Wyler Kia site that I wanted to test drive. I reached out via the chat option provided and was assigned a sales agent named Denisse. She seemed very personable over chat and said that I could come in that same day, at the Fairfield, OH location to test drive the vehicle approx. 1.25 hours away from my home in Indiana.
Upon arriving, I was given a 2016 Kia Forte to test drive despite initially being interested in the Accent.
I am aware of how "the upsell" works. After the test drive, I told Denisse that the headlights and taillights were inoperable, but overall, it was a very nice car. Denisse went out, she confirmed that the lights were inoperable. At that time, I told her that Id like to test drive the Accent due to the non-working condition of the Forte.
That is the moment I was informed by her that the Accent was not even on that lot, and that it was at another location over thirty minutes away. She did offer to have the car brought if I was set on test driving that one. There was no way I wanted to sit there waiting for a car after making that drive. I liked the Forte enough, it appeared to be a very nice vehicle, with good overall reviews, despite the issues with the lights.
I moved forward with the deal after working with the sales manager to get the numbers where I wanted them. I was told that the issues with the head and taillights would be taken care of the next day, and after working with Financing, Denisse assured me that I would have the car delivered to my home the following day. I reluctantly agreed as I was excited to get that car home to surprise my daughter.
The following morning, I was told that the car wasnt ready yet. Then several hours later, I was told by the manager that the car could not be delivered to my residence due to the lack of drivers.
I was not happy, but I understand that it is hard to always have a completely full staff. So, I had my wife drive me back to Fairfield to pick up the vehicle only to find out that the third taillight, the PULSE taillight, the Jeff Wyler signature safety feature, that my salesperson raved about for at least 5 minutes how it has stopped traffic accidents, did not light upon braking. After this discovery I was extremely upset with the overall situation since this was not how this was supposed to happen. I explained to the manager (since Denisse didn't bother to show for delivery of the vehicle) that I was concerned and asked, "how could I know that the car had even had an inspection or service at all if they missed headlights, taillights, and their signature brake light?" This question was asked because not only did the lights not work, but there also wasnt an oil change sticker on the windshield.
That made me start to question everything. He and I came up with an agreement on the spot that he would see to it that these issues were taken care of. He asked me to email him to schedule service.
The following day, I spoke with the manager, and he again stated that he wants to make sure that everything is taken care of. He would have the sales agent come to pick up the vehicle from my house, provide a loaner vehicle for my daughter, and then deliver the vehicle back once the work is complete.
I sent my sales agent the address where the vehicle would be parked not at my home, but closer to the Kia location where I purchased it. Initially, I was told, by Denisse, that the car was going to be picked up on 11/10/23 between 7am and 9am. Then I was told before 1pm. Once 1pm started to approach, I reached out to her to ask the status and was told that it would now be 2:30pm.
At 3:43pm, I received a message from Denisse that she had arrived to pick up the car, but it was not at my house. She was correct. It was not there. It is where I told her it would be in the text message from the previous day.
Now, here we are, almost the new year, and Im being contacted that the title paperwork was never filled out.
The temporary tag has now expired, Ive made payments on the vehicle, and I dont even own it yet!
Ive tried to speak to the manager to get a new temp-tag and was basically given an oh well. I have emailed and explained to the person that does the after service check and havent heard a word. Not even a thank you or a sorry. I would like to be able to speak Mr.
Wyler, a president, or to someone that is in charge and actually gives a damn about the customer. If the staff remains the same, this will not happen at the Fairfield location. I can assure you that much.
I'd have to say that overall, this has completely ruined what should have been a fun, beautiful gift that my wife and I have worked hard on to gift our daughter for her 16th birthday. It has now been 56 days since I purchased the vehicle.
I still do not have the title or license plates. Total clown show.
Will not honor written car offer.

Well, after I had spent a year being homeless, and had just got back on my feet, when I posted an item for sale online. Was contacted by someone who sent me a certified check from Jeff Wyler automotive.
Turned out the check was fraudulent after I lost almost $2000 in the scam. Contacted the dealership, and the only thing they said was "sorry". No interest in doing anything about it at all, no interest in the info I had, no interest in going after the individual, or helping me recover what I lost. Absolutely appalling.
Have to assume they treat everyone this way.
Now I'm stuck with the lost funds, and has been very difficult because of the loss. I hope they see this, along with everyone else.

Horrible service
I bought a 2022 Nissan Altima at Jeff Wyler in cincy and the salesperson told me I get a year of oil changes and I can take it to Wyler Nissan in Springfield...
No such place exists so I have to take it to a Toyota dealership.
The first oil change they lied and told me they rotated the tired however a blemish on my wheel proved they did not rotate them, so they had to pull it back in the garage making me spend more time there after waiting almost 2 hours for the oil change.
My wife takes my car in to get the 2nd oil change on 10/18/2022 and when I get in it this morning, I get hit with low tire pressure lights and the service light was not reset.
User's recommendation: Do not do business with any location, I am 2 for 2 with bad experience at both.

Verified Buyer | Deerfield, OhioPaid Cash for a 2022 Nissan Murano.....
this ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED
This survey is Too long for my complaint
- Convenient location
- Over priced
Preferred solution: Send me a letter of apology explaining that i Paid Cash for the car and no Credit check was required. Who rejected me and Why. Also state that any damage to my 825 credit score will be corected by Wyler Nissan.
User's recommendation: Go some place else,
Did not honor advertised sale.
Received email for a "Buy 3 tires and get the 4th for only $1. I chose to follow the directions that sent me to the next step, the selection of the tires and to schedule the service.
The website with the offer was Jeff Wyler, and the Springfield address. I went to the next site, selected the tires for my vehicle and a time, at Jeff Wyler in Springfield, to have the tires installed. Today, I noticed a size difference in the tires selected and the ones on my vehicle. I called the service dept, was transferred to parts, and was told that they could not honor the sale.
I went to the dealership and the parts manager told me that they were not a participating dealership. I asked how would I know this and he didn't have an answer. I asked why this was not stated on your site, again, no answer. I asked, when I selected and scheduled the service, why was I not told that you were not a participating dealer.
Again, same answer, "I don't know why." So, I rearranged my Friday schedule to have the tires installed and they won't honor the add. And, there is nowhere on the site that says that the Springfield dealership is not honoring this sale. And, when I selected the tires, gave them my payment info, and scheduled the service, there was no one or no indication that you would not honor the sale. I am 74 years old.
My wife and I have purchased a number of new vehicles from Jeff Wyler during the time you have been in Springfield. I am no longer making purchases from Jeff Wyler. In fact, I was getting the tires to sell this car and purchase a new car from your dealership. I'm concerned that your site is misleading and does not contain the necessary info to avoid these kids of errors.
The parts manager blamed this situation on everyone else but Jeff Wyler. He was not a very good person when it comes to communicating with customers.
Another reason to stop buying cars from you. The bottom line is that your poor advertising has led to the loss of a longtime customer for the price of one tire at $198.00.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered
User's recommendation: Don't trust Jeff Wyler to honor advertised products.

Dealing with a problem since 12/2021 with engine for a 2017 Santa Fe never never again will I ever buy from them, the engine had a 12 month/12000-mile warranty found metal shavings in the oil filter this was the third engine this car has had its original engine, then replaced in July 2021, and now this engine, it started out at Colrain Ave they said they cannot fix the engine has to go to Alexandria KY because of the warranty, then to Alexandria KY they say the warranty is no good showed them the dealership warranty still refuse to fix the engine, now back up to Fairfield, called them they had no idea that the care was up there then oh it is up there but don't know when it will be done, I said what another 6 months, we had to go buy another car so that I could go back and forth to work, do they give a *** *** no, so we have been paying on a car that we have not had since 12/2017. I've called people were so rude and hateful, so I gave it right back to them, no calls have been returned, *** they must have my number blocked because they never answer not even the operator lol.
Well time to get a lawyer to see about getting my money back, I guess whenever I do get the car back will tell them see you in six months.
This is the worst company I have ever delt with. My nephew works for a car dealership tried to sell me a Hyundia I said *** to the no!!!!!!!
- Poor customer service
Preferred solution: 3100.00 on a car we have been paying on that we do not have since 12/21 or pay of the car loan, you keep the car and still reimburse for our loss, due to the fact that we had to go purchase another vehicle to go back and forth to work
Dishonest pricing and sales tactics
Poor customer service
Called over 25 times to schedule an oil change with service department. Phones never answered.
Called other departments, they would just transfer me. Still no answer. Scheduled online for an appt. time on 6-9-22.
Message stated I would receive an email confirming an appointment time. Never received it. Went ahead and drove to Superior North, they found no appt. scheduled.
They went ahead and fit us in. They stated that the reason for not answering their phones was because they have had phone issues for weeks. While waiting for the service to become completed, went out and looked at your inventory. Salesman approached us and stated that this dealership cant keep mechanics.
Employees quitting right and left.
Mr. Wyler needs to find out the deeper reason this is occurring and find resolution.
User's recommendation: Go elsewhere

That’s interesting. I bought new wheels for my Toyota RAV4 in 2021.
I go to Jeff Wyler springfield for 5000 mile maintenance. They supposedly rotated the tires each time. Ironically, I’ve been there twice in June 2023 to have 5000 mile maintenance, tires rotated and balanced. They said because I don’t have the wheel lock key, they can’t rotate and balance.
My question is, how were they rotating them before? They weren’t. I was told Friday June 30th, if I have a flat tire there is no way of changing it. I’m now in search of a wheel lock key.
I’m stressed since my tires have not been rotated in over 2 yrs. Although, Jeff Wyler Springfield has documentation that they were rotated. Super sad how these companies are so dishonest. As a woman, I dread taking my car for anything.
Simply for this very reason. Mark those tires with chalk before you take them to Jeff Wyler.
