Never fixed my truck after an accident.

Jeff Wyler Automotive Family - Never fixed my truck after an accident.

I was in an accident. Wyler Nissan took pictures and agreed to fix it.

For months I had trouble getting any responses. Found out they let the man and woman running the shop go. Then the new people never got back with me. Liberty mutual was crap too.

Truck still damaged and no money to fix it. Liberty mutual was waiting on Wyler Nissan to do their estimate.

Got one that took forever but then Liberty Mutual just gave me half the money, Wyler s shop said we'll be in touch and they never called anymore and wouldn't respond anymore. My truck is still damaged.

We have leased three rogues from nissan. First time customer wanted a silver one they said they had one it was on a holiday weekend we sat there for quiet awhile while cleaning it. Brought it around

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

We took it home, put it in the garage, took it back, and had to get black. The second car was grey and had some miles on it, but we liked it and they didn't add to ours.

We went over the mileage limit; the guy said not to worry, they would take care of them. When we went down to get another, the dealer (who I think was a manager) had left that place. He lied and said he didn't say that. They had us believe they were going to honor it till we signed the papers.

Then they also lied. Anyway, they put us in a collection agency. We've been married for 60 years and had never been put into the collection agency before. It made our record look bad.

My husband couldn't sleep at night with that on his mind, so he didn't fight it, he paid it. I think we should get that money back. I have to have back surgery soon and we are on a fixed income; we sure could use that. We couldn't even get ahold of Jeff Wyler.

Does he treat all customers like that? Especially me and my husband; I'm 79 and he is 87.

I want that money back, Jeff. Do you cheat all older people like this?

Piss-Poor Customer Service

Original review updated Jan 09, 2024

This has been the worst buying experience that I have ever been involved with in. I have purchased multiple new and used vehicles in the past.

I searched the internet for a vehicle to purchase for my 16-year-old daughter's birthday gift and found a 2017 Hyundai Accent on the Jeff Wyler Kia site that I wanted to test drive. I reached out via the chat option provided and was assigned a sales agent named Denisse. She seemed very personable over chat and said that I could come in that same day, at the Fairfield, OH location to test drive the vehicle approx. 1.25 hours away from my home in Indiana.

Upon arriving, I was given a 2016 Kia Forte to test drive despite initially being interested in the Accent.

I am aware of how "the upsell" works. After the test drive, I told Denisse that the headlights and taillights were inoperable, but overall, it was a very nice car. Denisse went out, she confirmed that the lights were inoperable. At that time, I told her that Id like to test drive the Accent due to the non-working condition of the Forte.

That is the moment I was informed by her that the Accent was not even on that lot, and that it was at another location over thirty minutes away. She did offer to have the car brought if I was set on test driving that one. There was no way I wanted to sit there waiting for a car after making that drive. I liked the Forte enough, it appeared to be a very nice vehicle, with good overall reviews, despite the issues with the lights.

I moved forward with the deal after working with the sales manager to get the numbers where I wanted them. I was told that the issues with the head and taillights would be taken care of the next day, and after working with Financing, Denisse assured me that I would have the car delivered to my home the following day. I reluctantly agreed as I was excited to get that car home to surprise my daughter.

The following morning, I was told that the car wasnt ready yet. Then several hours later, I was told by the manager that the car could not be delivered to my residence due to the lack of drivers.

I was not happy, but I understand that it is hard to always have a completely full staff. So, I had my wife drive me back to Fairfield to pick up the vehicle only to find out that the third taillight, the PULSE taillight, the Jeff Wyler signature safety feature, that my salesperson raved about for at least 5 minutes how it has stopped traffic accidents, did not light upon braking. After this discovery I was extremely upset with the overall situation since this was not how this was supposed to happen. I explained to the manager (since Denisse didn't bother to show for delivery of the vehicle) that I was concerned and asked, "how could I know that the car had even had an inspection or service at all if they missed headlights, taillights, and their signature brake light?" This question was asked because not only did the lights not work, but there also wasnt an oil change sticker on the windshield.

That made me start to question everything. He and I came up with an agreement on the spot that he would see to it that these issues were taken care of. He asked me to email him to schedule service.

The following day, I spoke with the manager, and he again stated that he wants to make sure that everything is taken care of. He would have the sales agent come to pick up the vehicle from my house, provide a loaner vehicle for my daughter, and then deliver the vehicle back once the work is complete.

I sent my sales agent the address where the vehicle would be parked not at my home, but closer to the Kia location where I purchased it. Initially, I was told, by Denisse, that the car was going to be picked up on 11/10/23 between 7am and 9am. Then I was told before 1pm. Once 1pm started to approach, I reached out to her to ask the status and was told that it would now be 2:30pm.

At 3:43pm, I received a message from Denisse that she had arrived to pick up the car, but it was not at my house. She was correct. It was not there. It is where I told her it would be in the text message from the previous day.

Now, here we are, almost the new year, and Im being contacted that the title paperwork was never filled out.

The temporary tag has now expired, Ive made payments on the vehicle, and I dont even own it yet!

Ive tried to speak to the manager to get a new temp-tag and was basically given an oh well. I have emailed and explained to the person that does the after service check and havent heard a word. Not even a thank you or a sorry. I would like to be able to speak Mr.

Wyler, a president, or to someone that is in charge and actually gives a damn about the customer. If the staff remains the same, this will not happen at the Fairfield location. I can assure you that much.

I'd have to say that overall, this has completely ruined what should have been a fun, beautiful gift that my wife and I have worked hard on to gift our daughter for her 16th birthday. It has now been 56 days since I purchased the vehicle.

I still do not have the title or license plates. Total clown show.

Too long, sorry ; can't read all of that. Don't put your young inexperienced driver in a Hyundai (personal advice). Too flimsy, fragile, and prone to catastrophic breakdowns.

Terrible salesman

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I inquired about a car on Monday to see if it was available. Salesman Randy Flynn in Batavia assured me the car was still available for purchase, and we agreed to meet on Friday.

Despite multiple attempts to reach Randy during the week to ask questions, I received no response. Then, the day before we were supposed to meet, they raised the car price by 8 thousand dollars! When I responded by email, stating that I was no longer interested, Randy finally replied, but his email was awfully rude. He simply stated that the car had already been sold.

If you visit this dealership, please be very cautious! Be especially wary of Randy Flynn.

Missed customer

We have leased three rogue nissans.

First one was dirty used and a lot of millage on it. Took it back cause of holiday and got a black one..

second one we leased it was used but we liked it. Only problem we went over our quota of miles so he said they would take care of them but that guy went to another dealership. When we told them what he promised they said they would take care of it.after we leased another rogue signed papers they lied and also the other one lied said he didn't say that. So they didn't pay the millage they put it in collection agency.

We had perfect score of keeping all payments on all our bills till they ruined it. We are on fixed income . They all lied it's ashame to do that to us old folks. We called and left a lot of messages even tried jeff wyler and David and they told us they were out of town.

Now we have to go a little farther to get oil changed.

Don't want anything to do with the dealership in fairfield. We just want our money back we paid collection agency.

Well the first nissan rogue we leased we wanted a silver one we loved the looks of them so the guy waiting on us said they had one they would clean it and bring it around for us so we signed the paper

It was a holiday. We went out to leave the car wasn't even new they got it from Cincinnati had over 2000 miles on it.

Was dirty with markers and sequence on back seat and potato chips in back. We told them we would take it and park it in the garage and be back Monday. We ended up with black one. Second car leased it wasn't new either it had over 2000 miles on it so we liked it.

Then we went over our milage and the dealer said don't worry about it we can take care of that so when we turned that one in he wasn't there any more but we told this dealer they could take care of milage so we signed for a new one which had over 2000 on it then after w we signed for new one they wouldn't pay for the milage like they said they would. They even put it in collection agency. We have always had top rating for our credit until this happened. We called all three dealers where we leased the car they wouldn't return our calls.

Called jeff and David wyler they didn't return our calls. The one dealer lied and said he didn't say it. We will never lease from them again.

They sure killed us ever wanting to get another. We really trusted them.

Will not honor written car offer.

Jeff Wyler Automotive Family - Will not honor written car offer.

Had what I thought was a written offer to consider overnight. Several times before I left the dealership I reiterated and confirmed that the price they had written was the out the door price, and trade in offer.

Next day $5,000 difference! They say they were saying that price was dependent on financing and down payments. Since we didnt discuss if I was going to finance or cash, how could that be?

Then they said it was a misunderstanding but still wouldnt honor. To me written offer is not a misunderstanding. Sadly I had to walk away.

Unhappily, Ohio's "Lemon Law" is pitifully short of the name's implied purpose. The terms and conditions which must be met by the consumer are quite harsh and will cost you plenty of money before it can even be applied.Typical Ohio legislative behavior (1/2 of the upper backside of your legs) for nothing but lip service at best.

An opiate for the masses. An urban legend. That's what Ohio does for the citizens, always as high priced and inconvenient as possible. Either useless, nearly so, or clearly in favor of the state government.

So what do the citizens do about it ?

They re-elect the same people ad infinitum et ad nauseam. I don't understand.

Their collision manger subtly being racist to me and ignored me when l entered the facility. The previous management was diferent

I went to get an estimate and l got a cold shoulder from the person sitting behind the desk. Even a courtesy can you for for a minute was not offered. Instead his body language made me believe that my appearance and accent was unwelcome and the manger was the same way.

No support

Jeff Wyler Automotive Family - No support
Original review updated Nov 05, 2023

Well, after I had spent a year being homeless, and had just got back on my feet, when I posted an item for sale online. Was contacted by someone who sent me a certified check from Jeff Wyler automotive.

Turned out the check was fraudulent after I lost almost $2000 in the scam. Contacted the dealership, and the only thing they said was "sorry". No interest in doing anything about it at all, no interest in the info I had, no interest in going after the individual, or helping me recover what I lost. Absolutely appalling.

Have to assume they treat everyone this way.

Now I'm stuck with the lost funds, and has been very difficult because of the loss. I hope they see this, along with everyone else.

They lie

went to see a traverse. Wanted black.

said they could get it from another location that day for us to see. We said we needed to measure our garage to make sure it would fit. Called them this morning and said we would be there to see the traverse at noon. Got there and our salesperson was not there.

A manager came out and denied that he ever said the car would be there. Told us in was in Columbus and someone bought it this morning..WHAT??? but said did we want the burgundy one that was on the lot that we test drove the day before ..NO wanted black,,,we walked out!

What a scam ! I do not recommend doing business with them

Horrible service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I bought a 2022 Nissan Altima at Jeff Wyler in cincy and the salesperson told me I get a year of oil changes and I can take it to Wyler Nissan in Springfield...

No such place exists so I have to take it to a Toyota dealership.

The first oil change they lied and told me they rotated the tired however a blemish on my wheel proved they did not rotate them, so they had to pull it back in the garage making me spend more time there after waiting almost 2 hours for the oil change.

My wife takes my car in to get the 2nd oil change on 10/18/2022 and when I get in it this morning, I get hit with low tire pressure lights and the service light was not reset.

That’s interesting. I bought new wheels for my Toyota RAV4 in 2021.

I go to Jeff Wyler springfield for 5000 mile maintenance. They supposedly rotated the tires each time. Ironically, I’ve been there twice in June 2023 to have 5000 mile maintenance, tires rotated and balanced. They said because I don’t have the wheel lock key, they can’t rotate and balance.

My question is, how were they rotating them before? They weren’t. I was told Friday June 30th, if I have a flat tire there is no way of changing it. I’m now in search of a wheel lock key.

I’m stressed since my tires have not been rotated in over 2 yrs. Although, Jeff Wyler Springfield has documentation that they were rotated. Super sad how these companies are so dishonest. As a woman, I dread taking my car for anything.

Simply for this very reason. Mark those tires with chalk before you take them to Jeff Wyler.
